maintain a clear overview of our HR systems such as Personio Gastromatic & Co while ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date

bring your organizational skills to onboarding sessions presentations and reporting both digital or on site
act as a trusted authentic point of contact for team members in your area of responsibility always with an open ear and a hands-on mindset.

Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:

first experience from a comparable role in generalist HR-role within the hospitality industry and are ready to take the next step
highly organized and take a proactive empathetic approach to supporting the team members youre responsible for
a warm and approachable personality and communicate clearly and confidently in every interaction
are enthusiastic energetic and motivated to take ownership standing out with a high level of initiative
excited about challenging the status quo exploring new ways of working and acting in a solution oriented and reliable manner
perceived as a trustworthy and valued partner andcare deeply about people
Speak fluent English and have a good command of German - additional languages especially Dutch are a plus
