Facilities Management & Operational Leadership
- Lead implementation and optimization of IFM models across APACincluding due diligence vendor transitions and performance oversight.
- Manage relationships with third-party facility service providers and internal FM site leads across regional locations.
- Drive capital equipment planning procurement and budgeting; review and approve site-level facilities and equipment investments.
- Oversee change control incident response and regional communications; escalate critical issues to global leadership as needed.
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Governance
- Develop and execute annual sourcing strategies for capital equipment and facilities services.
- Manage supplier performance using formal governance frameworks with focus on delivery quality and cost metrics.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses contract evaluations and benchmarking studies to drive procurement efficiencies.
- Align sourcing strategies with market trends Carriers cost-reduction targets and regional operational goals.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Carriers business units supply chain and real estate teams to ensure alignment of facilities strategies with business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional procurement and facility professionals; establish KPIs monitor progress and foster talent development.
- Promote Carriers global programs such as supplier diversity environmental sustainability and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the regional Facilities leader we are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Regional Facilities and Capital Equipment Procurement APAC to lead regional facility operations and capital equipment sourcing across the Asia Pacific regionincluding China Japan Thailand India and other key markets.
This role blends integrated facilities management (IFM) with capital procurement leadership to improve performance enhance supplier management and deliver value across a dynamic diverse geography. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership supplier management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

- Education:
- MA/MS with 7 years of experience OR
- BA/BS with 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience:
- 10 years in facilities management capital procurement supply chain or operations leadership
- 3 years managing capital equipment sourcing in a global or regional manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and lead cross-functional multi-country teams
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes contract governance and supplier performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver results in a matrixed fast-paced environment

- Travel Requirement:
- Willing and able to travel across the APAC region for supplier engagement transitions and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing IFM models in multinational or regional organizations
- Experience in delivering larger scale Capex Projects & executions (end-2-end) w/ hands-on ability when required.
- Experience in professional RFP / Tendering in Capital equipment procurement Construction Engineering etc. particularly on new facility construction plant relocation and Automation etc.
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Background in shared services or centralized global real estate models
- Fluency in English and Chinese; additional Asian languages (e.g. Japanese Thai Hindi) are a plus
- 6 Sigma Green belt or above is a plus
