Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Facility Based
Pay: $40.00 $42.00 per hour
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in facility settings. The ideal candidate is skilled in end-of-life care and committed to supporting patients and families with dignity and comfort.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in facility settings
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and manage pain and symptom control
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams
Educate patients families and facility staff on hospice care plans
Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and documentation standards
Requirements:
Active RN license FL
Hospice or end-of-life care experience required
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
