Hours: Monday-Friday shifts are variable. (start times available as early as 8AM and later shifts can run until 7PM)

COMPENSATION isdeterminedbased on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. The hourlypay rangefor this position is $21.36 to $28.84.

Responsibilities:
- Revise financial aid award packages due to updates such as changes in course schedules approved breaks eligibility changes and other factors.
- Troubleshoot disbursement rejects and resolve factors preventing timely disbursement of funding.
- Dedication to continuous improvement especially in the areas of student satisfaction and accuracy.
- Demonstrate all aspects of the PRICE of Success.
- Meet with new students to understand funding needs provide guidance on completion of the FAFSA and required documents and review eligibility for funding options including Federal Title IV funds scholarships state funding and military funds.
- Utilize financial aid software to review student documents and eligibility criteria to finalize financial aid awards.
- Provide gap funding options to students and support students in determining the best option to meet their financial needs and support their educational goals.
- Counsel students on financial literacy and wellness topics for the purpose of educating and encouraging responsible borrowing practices.
- Manage a student caseload striving to build relationships and support students in resolving all matters related to their financial aid funding.
- Perform regular outreach to students requiring action including needed documents loan acceptance and past due balances.
