What Youll Do
Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision
Load materials and monitor production runs
Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area
Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade
Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role

Previous experience in manufacturing machining or mechanical work is welcome but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work in a production environment (clean temperature controlled all year environment)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

Schedule: Full-time first shift (start time flexible) or second shift with differential (start time 2pm)
