業務内容

PlayStation Network Platformの開発者が安全かつ迅速に機能をリリースできるよう支援するプラットフォームやフレームワークの開発運用を担当するチームでのポジションです

主な役割としてチーム間のコーディネーターとして以下の業務を担当します

チームの運営進行管理

複数のチームにまたがるプロジェクトやプログラムのテクニカルマネジメント

海外チームとの協業コミュニケーション開発はグローバル体制

必須スキル経験

英語を使用した海外チームとの業務経験

5年の海外も含めた多数のチームが係わる大規模プロジェクトのプロジェクトリードまたはテクニカルプログラムマネジメントリード経験

8年以上のスクラム開発経験うち実装コードレビューなど開発実務に関わった経験を含む

リリースサイクル全体を通じて管理する能力

システムアーキテクチャを技術的に理解しチーム間の依存関係を適切に把握する能力

歓迎スキル経験

チームマネジメントまたはピープルマネジメント経験

クラウド技術を活用したプロダクトの開発経験

スクラムマスターの資格保持またはスクラムマスターとしての実務経験

TOEIC 850点以上の英語力

ゲーム業界でのご経験がある方は歓迎しますまたゲーム業界で働くことに強い情熱をお持ちの方も大歓迎です
