Job Description:
- Overall Experience (15 Years)
- Provides full program management support: scheduling budgeting documentation requirements tracking and reporting.
- Prepares technical materials: PLAs briefings white papers engineering docs test plans and mission analysis.
- Coordinates all meetings agendas minutes and stakeholder engagement.
- Supports engineering systems analysis modeling/simulation and R&D activities.
- For PBN analyzes navigation capabilities develops prototypes performs flight-track analysis updates PBN plans/ConOps and prepares validation/benefit reports.
- For Remote Towers supports AC/SDA development testing specs updates COTS evaluations and provides human-factors analysis and assessment reports.
- For R&D manages the research portfolio system supports knowledge-sharing manages risks/actions and prepares New Entrant program briefings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors (Engineering math or science degree is required. For Human Factors Analysts: Psychology and related Human Factor specialized degrees are acceptable
