Your Role in Our Mission

As a Manager on the Talent team your days will be filled with meaningful work! From leading the team in creating postings sourcing top talent for current opportunities and attending events every day will be an opportunity to enhance both the team and staff satisfaction. We are searching for a TA Manager who has experience with data analysis recruiting KPIs and AI implementation-bring your successes and implementation misses and lets talk!

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $80000 to $90000 annually for this full-time exempt position

What Were Looking For

• Experience leading talent acquisition and KPIs is a must!
• Education: A Bachelors degree and AI implementation experience are required.
• Skills: leadership and team management talent systems expertise problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
• Technically savvy.
