Job Summary

Location: Atlanta GA 30342
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Friday / Saturday / Sunday)
Pay Rate: $65$70/hour
Position Summary
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist to support a high-volume MRI department. This role requires a skilled professional capable of working independently while providing high-quality imaging services for inpatient studies during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Support inpatient MRI studies in a busy clinical environment
Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning during scans
Operate MRI equipment efficiently and troubleshoot as needed
Accurately document procedures within the electronic medical record system
Collaborate with radiologists nurses and clinical staff to ensure timely imaging services
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience
ARRT (MRI) certification required
BLS certification required
Experience using Cerner EMR
Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in high-volume or inpatient MRI settings

This is a travel-only position
