Locations:Kenton County Elementary School Kenton Kentucky
Pay: 15.00
Hours: AM shift 7am-9am PM Shift 3:30pm-6pm this is a floater position traveling to the school in the area AM and PM shift Monday through Friday

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- 3-6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
