As Cleanroom Logistics Team Lead your mission is to organize and prepare your team to ensure a smooth running and highly flexible operation. To achieve this you will set priorities delegate tasks and deploy your manpower where and when it is needed. You will also identify and resolve potential bottlenecks. This is a position for someone who enjoys a challenge and reaches for achievable and measurable objectives.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls hoods booties safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift. Leads an operational team in the Manufacturing Services Clean Room Logistics sector: managing people and development implementing policies year plans and practices within the team and deploying the defined strategy. The TL also sets the team short terms priorities contributes to structural improvements through project initiatives and coaches Sourcing & Supply Chain competencies within team.
Role and responsibilities
The CRLTeam Lead leads a team of warehousing professionals with the goal of ensuring on-time and in full processing of inbound material for our internal customers (ASML factories). Within the inbound flow CRL is specifically responsible for material intake cleaning and consolidation. While focusing on efficiency and output the team lead is also expected to ensure a safe work environment with a quality & continuous improvement focus.
