As part of this commitment interns at Ready Computing play a valued role supporting their managers as needed while developing the skills and experience required to become productive team members.


What youll do

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Report directly to the manager.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects across technical and functional teams
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment encouraging knowledge exchange across departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks workflows and tools
  • Help develop and maintain project plans timelines and internal documentation.
  • Be available during work hours to assist.
  • Fulfill goals set by the manager.
  • Complete the assigned training.
  • Log time each week in the corporate time-tracking system.
  • Exercise sound judgment and uphold confidentiality and compliance at all times
  • Take on other responsibilities and assignments from time to time requested by management.


What you bring

  • Core Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks and project requirements throughout the workday.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in standard project management or office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Asana or similar)
  • Problem Solving: The ability to respond decisively to change and adapt to new challenges
  • Communication: Oral and written fluency in English
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for mentorship learning and professional growth through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a perfectionist approach to work;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to frequently changing standards and priorities;
  • Customer advocate working hard to ensure customer success and satisfaction;
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
  • Previous internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus
  • Oral and written fluency in English.

  • All positions require the ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time including typing using a mouse and viewing a monitor throughout an eight (8) hour workday. Employees must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods as needed to perform their duties.
  • Positions may involve infrequent lifting of items such as a laptop or related equipment. Walking requirements are limited to normal travel or commute needs as outlined in this section.
  • All roles require the ability to communicate effectively including speaking on the phone and collaborating with team members clients vendors and other business partners. Employees must be able to focus on multiple tasks and project requirements throughout the workday. Most positions may require occasional travel.


Home Office Requirements

  • A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 1.5 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • A private Wi-Fi network with a strong unique password is necessary to access company data or systems.
