Job Summary
Specific Projects:
Support launch of new manufacturing processes and tooling.
Other Potential Activities (Bandwidth Permitting)
- Process Documentation: Work Instructions preventative maintenance records etc.
- Tooling assembly / rebuilds
- Routing updates
- Time studies for costed routings and project cost justifications
- Migration of paper documentation to electronic platform (Work instructions PFMEA)
- Other manufacturing engineering support tasks as directed
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word and Power Point
- Familiarity with CAD (preferably SolidWorks) - Entry level (2D prints and 3D modeling- GD & T knowledge a )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mechanical pneumatic and/or electrical aptitude
- Familiarity with hand and shop tools and their use
- Previous molding experience preferred not required
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college / technical program
- Majors: Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
Pay Range: $19-$20
