Job Summary
Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire Wisconsinis seeking aBoard Certified/Board Eligible Hospital Medicinephysician to join an established department. This physician will provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service. The Hospitalists perform the H&P for most admissions to Behavioral Health with follow-up on a prn basis. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led financially stable organization committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Work 23 weeks per year seven 12 hour shifts on followed by seven days off
- 7 hospitalists cover 7a-7p; 1 non-rounding Medical Officer of the Day 7a-7p; 2 staggered night shifts 5p-5a and 7p-7a. Open to considering nocturnist-only position which would receive a 10% reduction from the annual shift requirement.
- Primary responsibility to hospital with Level II trauma center in Eau Claire WI
- Full back-up from all subspecialties

Qualifications
Must have M.D. D.O. or foreign degree equivalent. Must be eligible for Wisconsin medical license and Board Certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or in the final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification.
