Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to provide safe effective and compassionate nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting. This role involves assessing resident needs delivering individualized care and ensuring all nursing practices align with state and federal regulations. The RN willbe responsible foroverseeing andmodifyingcomprehensive plans of care and providing independent supervision within the nursing unit.
Responsibilities
Assess residents needs andmonitorchanges in condition
Develop implement andmodifyindividualized plans of care
Provide direct nursing care and administer treatments as ordered
Supervise CNAs and other personnel involved in resident care
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Maintainaccuratedocumentation and support quality care standards
Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC/Rehab
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or Registered Nurse (RN)license in Oregon (OR)
