What Youll Do:
- Deliver expert emergency nursing care quickly assessing and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients.
- Perform rapid interventions including administering medications IV fluids and life-saving treatments.
- Work closely with trauma teams physicians and specialists to coordinate urgent and complex care.
- Monitor patient conditions responding decisively to changes in status.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families offering support education and reassurance in high-stress situations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced high-acuity environment where adaptability and quick thinking are essential.

Who Were Looking For:
A high-energy ER nurse who thrives in high-pressure situations demonstrates strong clinical judgment and is committed to exceptional patient care.
Education Licensures & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Illinois required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
Experience:
- Emergency nursing trauma or critical care experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess stabilize and manage patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
- Administer medications IV therapies and emergency treatments as directed.
- Assist with trauma response resuscitation and critical care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Participate in emergency drills continuing education and hospital-wide quality initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with emergency protocols infection control measures and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless patient-centered care.
