Job Title: Application Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to conduct moderate to complex system and process analysis in support of enterprise applications. This role focuses on monitoring system resources evaluating business and technical processes and analyzing historical data trends to ensure optimal departmental and system effectiveness.
The Application Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support enhance and integrate Oracle ERP Cloud applications across Finance Human Capital Management (HCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) domains.
Key Responsibilities
Perform moderate to complex analysis of enterprise application systems and related business processes
Monitor application resources and system performance to ensure operational efficiency
Evaluate workflows data structures and integrations to identify improvement opportunities
Analyze and present historical data and trend reports to support decision-making
Support and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and reporting solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and contractual requirements
Document analysis findings system configurations and process changes
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications
Hands-on experience with:
PL/SQL
OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
End-to-end ERP integrations
Expertise managing SCM and HCM master data
Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud master data including:
Functional Knowledge Required
Additional Expectations
Ability to analyze complex systems and translate technical findings into clear business insights
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
