Operador de Equipo Pesado (Excavadora & Skid LoaderBodcat)

• Operación: Manejar excavadoras y minicargadoras siguiendo las instrucciones del equipo de trabajo y del supervisor
• Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar inspecciones diarias pruebas de diagnóstico y asegurar que el equipo esté en óptimas condiciones reportando cualquier falla inmediatamente.
• Versatilidad en Campo: Cuando no se requiera operación de equipo apoyar activamente en tareas de construcción refuerzo estructural limpieza de área o asistencia a la brigada.
• Seguridad y Cuidado: Cumplir estrictamente con el uso de EPP y normas de seguridad industrial cuidando los recursos y herramientas asignadas.
• Logística y Coordinación: Anticipar necesidades de materiales y coordinar con el Superintendente o Team Leader para evitar retrasos.
  
  

• Experiencia: Mínimo 2-3 años operando excavadoras y skid loaders (minicargador) en proyectos de construcción o infraestructura.
• Mentalidad Despierta: Persona auto motivada proactiva y con capacidad de resolución de problemas bajo presión.
• Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimiento básico de mecánica general para el cuidado del equipo y lectura de planos/niveles.
• Disposición: Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en horarios extendidos o fines de semana según el proyecto lo exija.
• Físico y Licencias: Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs y contar con licencia de conducir vigente (categorías pesadas preferiblemente).
