Job Summary
Follows physician protocol to monitor patients on anticoagulation therapy and to provide education to these patients.
Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure. CPR certification required within orientation period. Educational Requirements RN program as evidenced by licensure. Prefer BSN with knowledge base and clinical expertise in anticoagulation. Mandatory certification in anticoagulation therapy required within 6 months of hire. Experience Requirements Prefer four years of RN experience in Medical/surgical. Prefer four years of RN experience in Clinic Internal Medicine. Special Skills or Training Requirements
