Job Summary

Customer Service Representative

For our Customer Service & Demand Management Team we are looking for a resource (Fixed Term Contract) to join the Customer Service Team; responsible for managing the Back Office activities who will have the opportunity to work on Global Brands such as Tempo Nuvenia TENA and DemakUp.

About the Role

This role reporting to the Customer Service & Demand Manager Italy entails Master Data (Customers and Materials) claims and pricing data in the assigned area of responsibility securing compliance with Essity strategies and protocols supporting organization maximizing business results.

What You Will Do

  • Setup and maintain pricing data based on agreed processes and standards to ensure highest level of data accuracy and thereby positively influence customer experience

  • Analyze and resolve price claims in close collaboration with related Lead2Contract and GBS functions

  • Proactively suggest process adjustments to improve consistency of data

  • Effectively collaborate with and educate customer facing teams and other specialists in continental teams on pricing setups systems and tools and impact of pricing on business results

  • Setup and maintain Customer Master Data and Material Master Data aligned with internal processes and standards to ensure high level of accuracy

Who You Are

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of study

  • Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar back-office role ideally in the FMCG Industry

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Good analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3

  • A real Team Player with good communication skills at different organization level

  • Fast learner with a strong attitude to problem solving
