The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.
What Youll Do
- Assist with project due diligence including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Energetic resourceful and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
