TEAM OVERVIEW:
Product Line Management in the Business Development Group drives lifecycle success for SPG products. By blending technical expertise with business insight this centralized team ensures each product line delivers measurable value and meets the semiconductor industrys evolving needs. Focused on process and tool development the central PLM team partners with business units to achieve cross-cut objectives.
Responsibilities
Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Willparticipatein the developmentof strategiesprocessesand resources.
Provides project management and change management to ensure projects meet customer requirements.
Enables development of business processes and tool development for PLMs across organizations.
Participates in the development and proliferation of product management best practices.
Supports productivity and sustaining engineeringinitiativespartnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Participates in product structure management and content control to ensure system configuration is aligned with defined requirements.
Manages projectschedulesand task details byutilizingproject management tools such as reports tracking chartschecklistsand project scheduling software.
Identifiesand resolves potential complications within the project anddevelopssolutions for resolution.
Performs data analysis using business intelligence tools like Python/Excel and Tableau.
Establishes trust-based relationships and collaborates effectively with diverse teams.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.

Required Skill

Proficiency in Excel Power BI Tableau data visualization and statistical analysis.
Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience

MinimumRequirements:

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
