Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Superstition Springs is seeking anAutomotive Internet Sales Associateto join our will be an integral part of our sales team responsible for driving online sales and customer engagement responding to inquiries from online leads providing personalized assistance and guiding potential customers through the digital purchasing process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following below as well as other responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform online sales activities to achieve automotive sales objectives.
- Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
- Schedule daily customer appointments (phone text email) and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Communicate with customers through phone e-mails chats and personal visits.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma.
- Be able to work outside and inside safely operate/drive cars trucks and vans and has light duty work replacing tags.
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
