The Marketing Production Specialist co-creates compelling photo video motion print and promotional content that reflects our premium positioning. Youll collaborate with internal teams to produce inspiring memorable work that elevates our market presence. Highlights of your role
- Plan schedule and direct photo/video shootsmanaging all details from talent to production.
- Lead pre-production and post-production processes ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Edit images and social content; organize and maintain photo/video assets.
- Manage production budgets and book talent/crew as needed.
- Stay current on trends and bring fresh ideas to elevate brand storytelling.
- Oversee print production quality and monitor inventory for marketing materials.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in production within an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of photo/video shoot processes and editing basics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of file types.
- Excellent organization time management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for shoots.
- Positive collaborative and adaptable mindset.
