Job Summary:

Were looking for a seasoned GM to oversee all aspects of our sports bar restaurant from operations and staff management to customer experience and financial performance. Youll lead a team of servers bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for sports great food and a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including staff management inventory control and cash handling
Drive sales growth through promotions events and exceptional customer service
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies laws and regulations

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a GM or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
