Job Description
A reputable hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee its Critical Care Float Pool and Supervisor this role you will assume full accountability for the planning organization coordination and evaluation of patient care services. You will be crucial in delivering quality cost-effective patient care and the overall success of the hospital organization.
Responsibilities:
- Making rounds across various units and responding to codes as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows optimize staff schedules improve patient flow and monitor the overall experience for patients and providers.
- Training and developing new and tenured staff.
- Implementing performance improvement strategies as needed.
- Developing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A BSN or MSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 3 years of nursing experience.

- Hours: 8a-4p
- Pay; $42-56/hr. depending on experience
