MVTrac/MVConnect a Motorola Solutions Company is a full-service recovery operation connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it.


Job Description

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for creating and maintaining training manuals developing improved operational procedures and implementing comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members. Additionally this position will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards by reviewing processes regularly and providing ongoing training as needed. Reports to Compliance but works closely with hiring managers and new hires.

This critical role will focus on evaluating current processes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to identify gaps streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Process Review and Gap Analysis :

  • Assess current processes workflows and SOPs within Secure Collateral Management to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies and recommendations for process optimization while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

SOP Development and Maintenance:

  • Create update and maintain clear comprehensive SOPs training manuals and process documentation to ensure consistent execution of business operations
  • Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

New Hire Training and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Train new team members on Secure Collateral Management processes company policies systems and best practices.

Ongoing Training and Development:

  • Deliver regular training sessions and workshops to address updates in policies procedures or systems.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make adjustments to ensure employees remain engaged and knowledgeable.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Regularly review processes and operations to verify compliance with internal policies legal guidelines and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all procedures align with regulations and client requirements.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the results of process improvements and training initiatives to ensure they meet organizational goals.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of repossession processes workflows and industry-specific best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain SOPs training manuals and operational procedures.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and train diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail.


Target Base Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

  • 1-2 years experiencein corporate training process improvement or a similar role ideally within the repossession or collateral management industry.
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
