Job Description:
Airbus Helicoptersis looking for a Foreign Export Control Regulations Manager (f/m)to join our Export Control Department based inMarignane France.
You will be part of a team of 5 employees who contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable foreign export control regulations (included but not limited to US regulations ITAR-EAR United Kingdom Italian Singaporean Belgian) to Airbus Helicopters activities. The role supports international programs supplier engagements and customer deliveries. The aim of the position is twofold: to provide ongoing support for Airbus Helicopters activities and to ensure compliance with our legal obligations.

Your challenges:
- Management of end user statement lifecycle activities (including preparation validation tracking renewal archival) to ensure consistency and completeness of end use and end user.
- Support preparation and coordination of foreign export licence applications and authorizations ensure collection renewal and archival.
- Provide regulatory guidance training and advisoryon foreign export control regulations (licensing requirements compliance obligations) for engineering supply chain procurement and program teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for export control discussions with foreign suppliers partners and subcontractors
- Support the classification activities (where applicable) for hardware software and technical data under relevant foreign regimes
Your profile:
Min 3-5 years of experience working in a multinational environment advising on international trade and export control matters;
Business acumen and ethical behaviour in a heavily regulated business environment;
Knowledge of Foreign Export Control Regulations in particular US and UK
University educated;
Strong leadership and communication skills ; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions;
Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures reports and memorandums;
Strong relationship building networking interpersonal and communication skills;
High degree of initiative credibility independence integrity confidentiality and trust;
Ability to quickly earn the respect of senior management in order to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly-developing environment;
Languages: Commercially fluent in English and French; German is considered a plus.
