Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Support
Deliver professional courses entirely in English ensuring content materials interaction and assessments meet EMI standards.
Plan and coordinate tests assignments and oral presentations providing constructive feedback to improve student learning outcomes.
Develop and update teaching materials integrate multimedia resources and build interactive lessons.
Support students in adapting to an English-only learning environment encouraging global perspectives and cross-cultural understanding.
Event Planning & Hosting
Coordinate and implement academic activities workshops and international exchange programs.
Professionally host international conferences campus events and corporate forums in English.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate project timelines ensuring achievements are met with precision.
Engage with multiple teams to clarify project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement project plans within budget and scope track progress and mitigate risks.
Provide regular updates to collaborators maintaining clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
Education:
1. Bachelors degree or above in English Education Applied Linguistics Project Management Business Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
2. TESOL/TEFL or EMI certification preferred.
Language Proficiency: English proficiency at CEFR C1 or above capable of delivering professional lectures and academic discussions fluently.
Experience:
Proven experience in English-medium instruction or training.
Established background in managing projects through all phases to completion.
Core Skills:
Course build and pedagogy : Student assessment and feedback techniques
Event planning and execution : Large-scale event hosting ability
Project management and risk mitigation : Communication and collaboration skills
Digital teaching tool proficiency : Cross-cultural communication and adaptability
Ability to integrate AI/digital tools into teaching : Proficiency with project management tools and budgeting
