Als Key Account Manager*in gehören Sie zu unserer BU Vaccines. Hauptaufgaben

• Bei Fachärzten Patienten helfen ein besseres Leben zu führen und den Erfolg der Business Unit Vaccines mitprägen
• Durch die Fokussierung auf situationsgerechte Verkaufsgespräche im gesamten Gebiet unsere Produkte bei Fachärzten über verschiedene Kanäle platzieren/verkaufen
• Kunden- und Situationsgerechte Key Account Management-Projekte initiieren aufsetzen und nachhalten
• Ergebnisziele erreichen auf Basis evidenzbasierter Gebietsanalyse und ergebnisorientierter ambitionierter Planung inkl. lateraler Führung der cross-funktionalen Teams
• Cross-funktionale und cross-hierarchische Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ziel der Ergebnissicherung leben und prägen
• Konsequente agile und messbare Zielerreichungsabgleiche durchführen und daraus geeignete (Korrektive) Maßnahmen ableiten um Ihre Ergebnisziele zu erfüllen

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Qualifikation nach 75 AMG oder vergleichbare Qualifikation zusätzliche Ausbildung zum Key Account Manager wünschenswert
• Nachweisbare und konsistente Erfolge in Verkaufsgesprächen und Projektarbeit
• Erfahrung im ergebnisverantwortlichen Gebiets- und Key Account-Management (laterale Führung und Inspiration von cross-funktionalen Teams Gebietsanalyse Maßnahmenplanung und Erfolgskontrolle Koordination komplexer Account-Pläne)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheitssystems (z.B. zu Abrechnungsmodalitäten in Kliniken und Praxen Prozessabläufe in Krankenhäusern Patientenpfaden und Versorgungsmodellen)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägte beobachtbare Stärken in Ergebnisverantwortung Proaktivität Feedbackgeben und -nehmen sowie interner Zusammenarbeit
• Exzellente gewinnende Rhetorik und ziel-bewusste Gesprächsführung auch in herausfordernden Gesprächssituationen
• Hartnäckigkeit Umsetzungsstärke in der Zielerreichung und Willen zur Übererfüllung
