Key User SAP S4 HANA SD Order Management (mfdiverse) limited until 31.12.2027 REF92068F

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to support our team in Hannover Germany in a backfill role focused on SD Order Management. You will implement configure and enhance order management processes in our S/4HANA environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing data quality and strong system performance in support of our digital transformation efforts.

• Design configure and customize SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities to meet business requirements for order management processes
• Execute data backfill and migration activities ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with data governance standards
• Analyze current order management workflows and identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including configuration specifications test cases and user guides
• Perform detailed testing of order management functionalities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SD module
• Troubleshoot and resolve order management issues providing timely support to end-users and business teams
• Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performance
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies data security protocols and regulatory requirements
• Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field working in multinational organizations or international project environments
• SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent professional credential
• Several years of hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration and proven experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module
• Proven expertise in order management processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows
• Strong knowledge of data migration backfill techniques and master data management
• Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization methodologies
• Experience with SQL or database query languages for data analysis and validation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
