Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team inFriendsville and MaryvilleTN area. As a Caregiver you will provide essential in-home support and care to seniors and individuals with disabilities helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to help improve clients mental and emotional wellbeing
- Help with light housekeeping laundry and errands
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to medical or family personnel
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
- Ensure a safe and clean home environment for clients
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes
- Compassionate patient and respectful attitude
- Flexible schedule
