必須要件

倉庫自動化のProject参加経験がある
PC作業(Micro Soft基本アプリ Excel/Word/PowerPointなど
一般的なプロジェクトマネジメントスキル(計画立案/進捗管理/リスク管理/チームビルディングやステークホルダーとの調整コミュニケーション力
英会話スキル/日本語スキル(いずれも日常会話レベル以上)

Warehouse Automation
Objective

Explore opportunities to automate physical manual tasks and promote warehouse modernization.

Expectation

Investigate and understand manual operations across the site.
Acquire knowledge of automation machinery and gather information on automation industry trends.
Consider optimal operations through automation and continuously aim for BKM (Best Known Method).
Implement alignment between Central and sites (BKM sharing Fast Follow etc.) to contribute to modernization across Micron.
Audit response

Required Qualifications

Experience participating in warehouse automation projects.
PC skills (basic Microsoft applications such as Excel Word PowerPoint).
General project management skills (planning progress control risk management team building coordination and communication with stakeholders).
English and Japanese conversation skills (both at least daily conversational level).

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of semiconductors.
Knowledge of SAP.
General communication meeting and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of industrial engineering (e.g. queuing theory cycle time).
Digital Transformation (DX) related technologies (automation and visualization of data using SQL Tableau RPA).
