Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS or Associates Degree in Systems Technology or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements:
3 years of support of systems in troubleshooting design and installation of IT-related systems.
Special Skills or Training Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills comfortable presenting ideas and concepts. The ability to exhibit a high degree of patience for inexperienced computer/technology users is required. Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide a high level of customer service. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Must be self-motivated and driven. Ability to problem solve and learn quickly. Demonstrate professionalism in communication and the office environment. Must be coachable and easily receive feedback. Must have a positive attitude. Ability to manage time and multiple tasks/priorities.Required Experience:
