RVP Sales Account Management West Market Lead

Location: May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Woodland Hills CA. or Walnut Creek

This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. Position Responsibilities

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Drive P/L health contractual compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop deep knowledge of client needs and the local market drivers in order to build and maintain robust data-driven account plans on a yearly planning cycle.
  • Serve as the go-to-expert on client account with the ability to interface with key internal and external personnel on all issues.
  • Partners with Sales and Government Relations to provide leadership and strategic direction to identify upselling opportunities and ensure profitable growth.
  • Develops and motivates staff to achieve common goals.
  • Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Position Requirements

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience and account management or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences

Strong preference for min of 10 years of professional leadership with progressively increasing scope of responsibility within Account Management CustomerSuccessor Sales backgroundin Behavioral Health.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s) the salary* range for this specific position is $182080- $327744.
