Title of Position:Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description:As a Restaurant Assistant Manager you will be accountable for exceptional food customer service and operations by managing all front-of-house and back-of-house functions while directing and motivating our team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles from our guests. The GM will also be responsible for the start-up and shut-down of the restaurants equipment and processes restaurant inventory managing storefinancialsand performing administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager in a Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
High volume background; must have Restaurant ( GM ) Manager experience in concepts doing over $2 million in sales per year
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Outstanding leadership communication and organizational skills
Hands-on experience hiring training and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Restaurant General manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
