Senior Operations & Strategy Leader
Location: Parsippany NJ Onsite Full-Time
Salary: $200000 - $300000
Overview
We are a large complex organization entering a new phase of growth and operational maturity. The business is established fast-moving and ambitious and we are adding a senior leader to help translate strategy into execution at scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who can step into a complex environment earn trust quickly and take full ownership of a major function. This is not a consulting advisory or systems-only role. You will be accountable for outcomes people and performance.
You will work closely with executive leadership to drive execution build structure and strengthen leadership across the organization.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Take full ownership of a core department or function (scope based on experience and business needs)
- Turn strategic priorities into clear goals execution plans and measurable results
- Bring structure clarity and accountability to complex or fast-moving areas of the business
- Lead senior leaders and teams with a focus on outcomes not activity
- Identify operational risks early and address them decisively
- Develop and elevate leaders; build bench strength beneath you
- Drive progress in an environment that requires speed judgment and adaptability
What Were Looking For
- Senior leadership experience running large teams or complex functions
- Strong judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proven ability to operate in growth-stage or highly dynamic environments
- High personal accountability and ownership mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity pace and evolving priorities
- Direct grounded leadership style confident without ego or micromanagement
- Track record of developing leaders and improving organizational effectiveness
Important: This role is for someone who has owned real responsibility before and wants to do so again not a facilitator advisor or career consultant.
