Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($210000 - $230000/year)
• Health Insurance Employer pays 77% (Employee: $58.56-$61.52 biweekly)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Offered Employee: $11.46 $3.20 biweekly

Responsibilities

• Monday Friday (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
• 30% Clinical 70% Administrative
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all clinical care delivery and medical residency program
• Provide collaborative supervision to nurse practitioners and additional providers as needed to provide program growth
• Lead by example in clinical service delivery and team-based care
• Oversee the quality management plan and publish and share the annual QI plan

Requirements

• Clear and active Medical License in the state of Ohio
• MD/DO
• Board Certification
• Family Medicine (FP)
• Internal Medicine (IM)
• Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
• Willingness to see patients of all ages
• Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare leadership position required
• Compassionate Care
