Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting two core divisions within Grid Power Solutionsone specializing in switchgear switchboards transformers and reclosures and another focused on commodities such as pipe wire and cable clips. This role is ideal for someone with a background in electrical distribution who enjoys building relationships managing quotes and driving sales performance in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quotes for customers ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
Support outside sales representatives with bid preparation order coordination and project follow-up.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to confirm specifications timelines and delivery requirements.
Utilize Eclipse for job management and HubSpot CRM for tracking customer activity and opportunities.
Provide prompt and professional customer service resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for account growth within assigned territories or product lines.
Qualifications
Experience in electrical distribution or a related sales environment.
Understanding of switchgear quoting software and distribution workflows.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Eclipse and HubSpot preferred.
Motivated adaptable and eager to grow within a fast-paced expanding company.
