As a key member of the executive leadership team you will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business.
The Controller/CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning implementingmanaging and controlling all financial-related activities of the company along with responsibilities associated with the businesss long-range and annual operating plans.
You will have direct responsibilityforidentifyingprocess improvements and managingthe following activities: accounting and reporting cash management cost accounting financialforecastingandanalysis& pricing.
Key Responsibilitiesinclude
- Monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Manage payrolland employeebenefits.
- Preparetax returns.
- Providemanagement and leadership around corporate and property tax matters.
- Supportexternal CPA firm procedures.
- Manageandmonitorcash flow activity and available cash resources.
- Maintaincompany insurance policies and property management/property and casualty program.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place tocomply withGAAP and applicable federalstate and local regulatory laws and rules.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processestools and control systems.
- Overseeaccountspayable function.

- Broad financetax and accounting experience.
- Wants to be a partner with the CEO to drive finance strategy and revenue growth.
- Communicates effectively and confidently.
