The Hilton Orlando isseekinga Bilingual Coordinator (fluent in English & Spanish) tojoin our Human Resources team. Comprehension of Creole language is a huge plus!

This 1424 room property islocated off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention HR team consists of a team of five who support and develop a hotel-wide team of 750 team members.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel and HR experience are bilingual in Spanish and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Canva. They should be detail-oriented organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment combined with a warm and welcoming personality!

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop their career in Human Resources.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing

  • Greet and assist Team Members and respond to requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner (in the office and over the phone)
  • Greet job seekers who visit or call to inquire about employment submit applications interview etc.
  • Initiate recruitment activities to includedrafting job requisitions and coordinating communication between Hiring Managers and Recruitment Specialists
  • Welcome all new hires to the hotel by assisting with onboarding and hotelorientation as needed
  • Process all documentation and onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate department projects and Team Member events
  • Utilize MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint to complete required projects for the department
  • Perform word processing typing email data-entry filing faxing copying and taking notes
  • Assist with other general office duties andspecial projects
