The UHealth Finance Department at the University of Miami has an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Representative 3.
SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Representative 3 - UHealth Accounting supports all UHealth AP vendors by providing up to date invoice processing information and invoice resolution. The incumbent reconciles Accounts Payable UHealth vendor accounts monthly with updated statements. The Accounts Payable Representative 3 - UHealth Accounting maintains communication with vendors and all UHealth departments updated on all invoice related matters.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepares and analyzes UHealth vendor aging reports to vendor monthly statement.
Reviews new vendors in the ERP system ensuring vendor information and payment terms are correct.
Works with department leaders to ensure requisitions and purchase orders are requested timely and with sufficient funds.
Researches and resolves all issues related to vendor statements overpayments and credits. Navigates Excel - using pivot tables v-lookup etc.
Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves any discrepancies in billings and payments.
Meets with vendors as needed to keep their accounts up to date.
Communicates with PO owners on Change Orders Works in OnBase workflow queues cleaning up invoice discrepancies and duplications.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge Skills and Attitudes:
