Schedule: 7:00 AM3:00 PM 7:00 AM5:00 PM 9:00 AM6:00 PM
Pay Rate:$40 to $45/hour

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Provider Integration Specialistfor an exciting job in Norwood OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage provider onboarding from offer execution through first day of practice
Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Medical Staff Operations HR IT and leadership
Support provider transitions location changes additions and departures
Ensure offboarding compliance benefits communication and equipment return
Lead project management and process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma
Ensure onboarding milestones are met on time and within scope

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of healthcare project management and/or process improvement experience
Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Strong organizational communication and prioritization skills

Preferred:

2.5 years working with physicians
Experience in provider onboarding or integration

Education:

Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree preferred
