About the Role
As an Onboarding Coordinator you will serve as the face of our clients hiring experience working closely with the internal HR team to deliver a welcoming organized and efficient candidate journey. This role is highly candidate-facing and ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships staying organized and supporting high-volume hiring in a production environment.
You will play a key role in guiding candidates through the early stages of the hiring process while representing our clients brand with professionalism and care.
This role is onsite at our clients location in Sanford FL 5 days per week.
The pay for this role is $19.23/hour - $21.63/hour based on experience.
What Youll Do
- Conduct daily facility tours in a production environment for prospective candidates
- Welcome candidates onsite check them in and ensure a positive first impression
- Partner closely with the HR team and local hiring managers to stay aligned on current hiring needs
- Accurately enter track and update candidate information in the HRIS ATS and spreadsheets
- Document and report plant tour activity and candidate outcomes
- Ensure candidates are properly dispositioned in all systems
- Occasionally assist with screening interviewing and new-hire orientation based on hiring volume
- Provide administrative and recruiting support as needed to meet hiring demands
What Were Looking For
- Ability to work full-time onsite at the client location
- Prior experience in a client-facing or candidate-facing role
- Recruiting staffing or HR experience preferred not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Client-focused self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable solution-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using Google Docs
