About the role:
Reporting to theSenior LeadMaintenanceExcellencetheSupervisorMobile Maintenanceis responsible forall maintenance position combines the responsibilities forallcontractortrades schedule executionmine plan dates projectcostscontinuous improvement to ensure company standards aremaintained. The position follows a7x7schedule rotation of day shifts.

In this role you will:

    • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
    • Direct theexecutionof equipmentbuilds as well as mid-life rebuildsto ensure all durations are completed as planned and scheduled to meet mine plan dates
    • Oversee quality maintenance andassemblyof mine equipment tosustain benchmarkavailabilityand reliability for production
    • Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure work is complete on time and on budget through usage of Short Interval Controlswith all stakeholders involvedin the assembly and rebuild workto meetAsset deliverycompliance
    • Supervise contractor employees improving work performance efficiencythrough pre and post projectperformance evaluations
    • Follow-up onallcurrentprojectsandassistalltradesmen with troubleshootingasrequired
    • Assistwith the development of theAsset Deliveryschedule
    • Assistin sourcing and requisitioning maintenance supplies equipment and services within budgeted guidelines

Requirements:

    • Trade certification technical diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience inmobilemaintenance and maintenance reliability in an industrial environment
    • Experience supervising or leading a team
    • Strong digital literacy and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent
$120000 - $149000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidates relevant experience skills and competencies and considers internal equity.
