Finishing Operator 2

Primary role of this 1st shift position is to setup operate and take down equipment and machinery that is designated to theFinishingdepartment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess daily priorities and customer deadlines.
• Set up and load machines.
• Operate equipment proficiently.
• Develop and execute efficient workflows.
• Trouble shoot problems and find a solution.
• Quality assurance on all jobs
• Always keep an organized and clean workspace.
• Cutting padding binding drilling stitching etc.
• Work safely

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Previous equipment operation experience in the print industry.
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented dependable and self-motivated
• Positive outlook goal-oriented and reliable
• Critical thinking
• Proficiency in reading measurements
• Basic math
• Read and follow instructions.
• Self-motivated and team player
• Knowledge of print industry

• Clamshell Die-Cutter
• Guillotine Cutter
• Machine Taper
• Mounting Machine
• Laminator
• Fotoba Cutter
• Digital Cutter

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $19 - $21.41 USD hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
