Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services within an educational setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals.
Contract Duration
Job Duration: 15 months
Schedule
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: Monday Friday
Schedule Type: 4x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Weekly Hours: Approximately 33 billable hours per week
Block Scheduling: Not available
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by a supervising BCBA
Collect and document accurate data on student behaviors and progress
Support students with skill acquisition behavior reduction and social development
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Collaborate with educators therapists and support staff
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) national certification (required)
Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work consistently throughout the contract duration
