Job Summary
The Northampton Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator! Leeds Elementary School Kindergarten Paraeducator (1)32.50 hours per week Monday through Friday from 7:25 a.m. 2:25 p.m. Hourly Pay Rate: $23.96 - $30.23 based on experience Proposed Start date: January 20 2026 Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or its equivalent: ParaPro or similar assessment program certificate or 48 hours college credits preferred. Professional development as working with young children. IF HIRED: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of :Full benefits and privileges are consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
