Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in the production process assisting with various tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a Production Assistant you will be involved in supporting different departments including pre-production planning on-set operations and post-production activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production tasks and support various departments as needed
- Help set up and break down equipment on location shoots or in studios
- Maintain organization of production materials and equipment
- Coordinate with crew members for scheduling and logistics
- Assist in managing background talent and coordinating their activities
- Aid in the preparation of production reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film media or related field preferred
- Strong interest in film and television production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
