The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our Chinook Product Support - Maintenance & Overhaul team in Ridley Park PA or Huntsville AL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for a program
- Develops program organizational work structures top level program and execution plans
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities teams suppliers partners and customers
- Facilitates the resolution of program issues
- Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics
- Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices
- Implements customer and program communication and contact plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycle
- Experience in rotorcraft sustainment requirements reliability and maintainability Army technical orders or Army maintenance operations
- 5 years of experience do you have supporting Army programs
- 5 years of experience managing programs
- Experience interfacing with motivating and holding accountable cross-functional project teams and customers
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience in a role that requires business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent military experience
- Earned Value Management experience
- Experience with U.S. Government proposals and acquisitions
- Experience working with and/or managing contractors subcontractors or suppliers
- Experience managing manufacturing operations
- Experience with supply chain management
